This is an English translation of our terms of use. The Arabic version is the official one: if the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
1. Accepting these terms
By using Nabras (nabras.app and the Nabras bot on Telegram) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, saving your name and appearing to your teacher require your parent's or guardian's consent; if they do not consent, the account is deleted and you continue without one, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. What Nabras is
Nabras is a preparation platform for the General Aptitude Test (Qudrat): a diagnosis of your level, a daily study plan, practice, and an AI "Why did I get it wrong?" explanation. Nabras is independent, and is not affiliated with or a representative of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Qiyas). Official dates and fees are taken from the Commission's website.
3. Your account
- You can use Nabras without an account. An account saves your progress across all your devices and lets you join your teacher's class.
- You sign in with Google, Telegram, or a link sent to your email. You are responsible for protecting the account you sign in with.
- One account per person. Do not create an account in someone else's name, and do not answer the age question untruthfully.
- You can delete your account at any time from "My account".
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, republish or sell the question bank or the explanations, or collect them by automated means.
- Try to access another user's data or parts of the system not meant for you, or disrupt the service.
- Use the bot or the explanations to send offensive or unlawful content, or impersonate someone else.
- Share an approval link or a report link that belongs to another student.
5. Teachers and schools
- A teacher sees the first name and practice results only of students who joined their class themselves, and only after the student's consent (and their parent's or guardian's consent if under 18). The school's leadership sees the same for its own school only, plus class counts and results. None of them sees a family name, an email, a number or conversations.
- A teacher must use their students' data only for teaching them, and must not copy it or share it outside Nabras.
- A teacher may not sell anything to their students through Nabras, or charge them any fee connected to it.
- Agreements between private schools and Nabras are set out in a separate data agreement, read together with these terms.
6. Content
- Nabras questions are taken from compilations (تجميعات) shared among students and are reviewed; they are not official test questions.
- The AI explanation helps you understand your mistake, but it can sometimes be wrong. If you doubt an explanation, write to us and we will review it.
- Nabras content (texts, explanations, design, logo) belongs to Nabras. You may use it for your personal study only.
- We may use any feedback or reports you send us to improve Nabras.
7. Limits of liability
- We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but it may sometimes stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
- Your result in the official test depends on many factors; Nabras is a preparation tool that helps you and does not replace your own studying.
8. Suspending an account
We may suspend an account that breaches section 4 or 5, telling you the reason where possible. You keep the right to request your data or its deletion under the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we publish the change here, update the "Last updated" date, and notify account holders inside the app before it applies.
